2023 SCFTA Racing Classes


  • Competition is for motorcycles only. 3 wheeled vehicles are not allowed.
  • Age for class is determined by the age rider will turn in the current year.
  • Three wins in a class (other than Open and Amateur) will advance you to the next division.
  • Class C Flat Track tires are required except in the: 100cc 4-Stroke, Youth 85cc & under and Powder Puff classes.
  • Classes will be split by skill level if there are more than 3 riders in each classes
  • To qualify for Championship awards, a rider must participate in at least half, plus 1 of the main event races of a given class. 2023 = minimum of 6 races to qualify for Championship awards

Must be current or former AMA Pro, or SCFTA approved.



ADULT (16 yrs and older)     
Age for class is determined by the age rider will turn this year. (Note: Min 14 yrs / 250cc ∙ Min 17yrs / Twin Cylinder) 3 consecutive, decisive wins, advances rider to the next level in the class.
Unless otherwise stated, Knobbies ONLY allowed on bikes 150cc or less.

  5. Bomber - Novice / Amateur - Max 540cc 4 stroke ∙ Air cooled 2 valve singles
  6. Bomber - Expert - Max 540cc 4 stroke ∙ Air cooled 2 valve singles
  7. Framer Novice / Amateur Framer Only
  8. Framer Expert Framer Only
  9. Hooligans - All Skill Levels - Streetbike based ∙ 650cc and up Twin Cylinder ∙ 19” Wheels OK

Class divisions may be combined until entry is large enough to run each division.
Unless otherwise stated, Knobbies are ONLY allowed on bikes 150cc or less.
